Casey Systems just finished the installation of a
sophisticated sound reinforcement system at Brick Presbyterian
Church, at Park Avenue and 93rd Street.
The project
extended over several months, primarily as a result of the massive
renovation taking place inside the church. The objective was
to ensure that a high quality sound system, one that would deliver
high intelligibility and rich sounding musical reproduction.
However, the sound system would also have to be unobtrusive to the
interior design. The quality sound system was designed by Acoustic
Dimensions, Addison, Texas.
In facing a challenge where aesthetics and performance
were of equal importance, Casey Systems selected high quality
performance speakers, amplifiers, matrix switchers and microphones.
The spectacular end result is a charming interior that provides
wonderful sound and acoustics for its
patrons.

Casey Systems and GE have joined forces to continue
the EST/Casey Systems partnership. This ensures that Casey will be
able to continually provide its clients with the very latest in
technology for closed circuit television, IP solution camera
systems, access control (card and biometric) and alarm
monitoring.
This partnership means that an even wider variety of
cost effective, reliable low voltage systems are now available to
Casey System clients.
GE Security’s new digital solutions mean that Casey
Systems clients with analog systems are now able to bridge the gap
between analog and digital technology.
The SymDec 4 is a
four-channel video streaming recorder with hybrid technology.
With the SymDec 4, older and newer IP camera systems are combined
within one video recorder. Resolution is available in D1
format (720 x 480, DVD high quality resolution). SymDec 4 is

of recording time where needed. |
Casey Systems has recently completed the installation
of a new sound system with digital signage for the newly renovated
St. George Ferry Terminal, Staten Island, NY. This project employs
highly sophisticated DSP controlled audio systems with continuous
monitoring of ambient (background) sound levels. This technology
ensures that audio levels remain slightly above location
noise. These systems can also control any digital signage,
ensuring OSHA and ADA compliance. The ability to pre-record
announcements in English or multiple foreign languages make this
technology ideal for public transportation
centers. Pre-recorded messages are used for the dissemination
of safety messages, as well as all departure and arrival
information. Remotely accessed via Fiber optic systems, Ethernet,
Lan/Wan, this system allows for remote diagnostics, maintenance and
software upgrades. |
